Description

Lead and execute complex technology programs within the retail domain, overseeing store operations, POS platforms, and self-checkout processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs across multiple streams involving project managers, development, architecture, QA, and DevOps specialists.
• Manage offshore engagements, particularly those utilizing Indian development centers.
• Drive executive presentations and lead steering committee meetings with C-level stakeholders.
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks using PMO experience to meet KPIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4 years in technology program management.
• Mandatory experience in the retail domain, including exposure to store operations, POS, or supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee cross-functional teams (Project Management, Development, Architecture, QA, DevOps).
• Proven experience managing engagements with offshore teams.
• Strong ability to deliver executive-level presentations to C-level and retail operations leaders.
• Technical understanding of store systems to bridge business operations and IT delivery.
• Proficiency in Project management, Development, Architecture, QA, and DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
