You will own the delivery of complex, large-scale retail technology programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute programs across project, product, development, architecture, QA, and DevOps leads.
• Oversee retail initiatives covering store operations systems, POS platforms, and self-checkout processes.
• Manage offshore transitions and engagements, specifically with Indian development centers.
• Drive executive presentations and lead steering committee meetings with CIOs, CTOs, and senior retail stakeholders.
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks using PMO experience to meet KPIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years in complex technology program management.
• Mandatory domain experience in retail, covering store operations and systems (POS, self-checkout, merchandising, or supply chain).
• Demonstrated oversight of teams spanning Project Management, Development, Architecture, QA, and DevOps.
• Proven experience managing engagements with offshore teams, particularly Indian centers.
• Expertise in Program Management and utilizing PMO frameworks.
• Strong capability in delivering executive-level presentations to C-level and retail leaders.
• Familiarity with Project Management, Development, Architecture, QA, and DevOps practices.
