Description

You will manage a portfolio of complex technology programs from initiation through delivery and closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
• Lead program governance, documentation, and reporting across the full lifecycle.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including distributed and offshore resources.
• Provide status updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Program or Project Management leading complex technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies and full lifecycle delivery.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale programs on schedule.
• Experience managing technology implementation projects with distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery approaches.
• Proficiency with Jira and the Atlassian suite.
• Familiarity with the SDLC.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working in an on-site environment in Iselin, NJ.
