Description

You will lead the scope, budget, schedule, and master plans for capital improvement projects, new clinic builds, MOBs, and relocation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own the project charter and document program scope, physical requirements, and logical objectives.
• Manage project budgets, including CapEx and OpEx, through regular spend forecasting and analysis.
• Coordinate with GCs, design teams, and SMEs to manage equipment selection, contracts, and installation.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on infrastructure needs.
• Facilitate decision-making with C-Suite leadership and manage interdependencies between construction trades and IT systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide projects within a PMO.
• 8+ years of experience in IT construction or infrastructure within healthcare, hospital, or clinic builds.
• 5+ years of experience managing staff.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar projects and CapEx/OpEx budgets.
• Proficiency with PPM tools such as ServiceNow ITBM, Clarity, or Planview.
• Deep understanding of physical IT infrastructure, including low voltage cabling, network, telecom, LAN/WAN, and medical equipment integration.
• Expertise in MS Project, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to manage contract documents related to infrastructure, design, and construction.
