Description

You will lead scope, budget, schedule, and master plans for capital improvement projects, new clinic builds, and relocation efforts. You own the project charter and define program scope, including physical and logical requirements. You manage CapEx and OpEx budgets, handling regular spend forecasting and analysis. You coordinate equipment selection, contracts, purchasing, and installation with subject matter experts. You bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment during design and implementation. You facilitate decision-making with leadership and C-Suite executives. You manage interdependencies between construction activities and IT systems, coordinating with other trades during OAC meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the project charter and document program scope, including physical and logical requirements.
• Manage project budgets covering CapEx and OpEx, including regular spend forecasting and analysis.
• Coordinate equipment selection, contracts, purchasing, and installation alongside subject matter experts.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment during design and implementation.
• Manage interdependencies between construction activities and IT systems, including coordination with other trades during OAC meetings.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading enterprise-wide projects within a PMO.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT construction or infrastructure within healthcare, hospitals, or clinic builds.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in staff management.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Deep understanding of physical IT infrastructure, including low voltage cabling, network infrastructure, telecom, LAN/WAN, and medical equipment IT integration.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar projects and complex project budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Planview.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PPM tools such as ServiceNow ITBM or Clarity.
• Strong understanding of contract documents related to infrastructure, design, and construction.
