Lead large-scale enterprise initiatives and manage the IT PMO governance framework.
Responsibilities
- Execute project and portfolio management functions, including business requirements, user stories, workplans, and sprint planning.
- Report summarized project status, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies to the executive team.
- Advise leadership on resource planning and project status for strategic IT and business initiatives.
- Educate vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders on PMO methodologies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and policies to minimize risk.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- 8-10+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in information systems and business environments.
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project financial management, risk management, and change management.
- Experience with IT solution delivery, infrastructure, and technical services.
- Expertise in PMO governance and project management tools and techniques.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CCMP, or CSM.
