Description

Lead large-scale enterprise initiatives and manage the IT PMO governance framework.

Responsibilities

  • Execute project and portfolio management functions, including business requirements, user stories, workplans, and sprint planning.
  • Report summarized project status, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies to the executive team.
  • Advise leadership on resource planning and project status for strategic IT and business initiatives.
  • Educate vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders on PMO methodologies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and policies to minimize risk.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 8-10+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in information systems and business environments.
  • Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of project financial management, risk management, and change management.
  • Experience with IT solution delivery, infrastructure, and technical services.
  • Expertise in PMO governance and project management tools and techniques.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CCMP, or CSM.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced leadership and mentorship capabilities within technical communities.
