Responsibilities

• Align strategic initiatives with detailed release plans in partnership with project managers.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives with a hands-on approach to ensure operational adoption.
• Build relationships with clients and senior leadership, serving as a trusted advisor to influence decisions.
• Synthesize complex information into clear visual narratives to drive enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Manage program performance and risks, ensuring transparency across all organizational levels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to bridge technical and business audiences with excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing risk and ensuring delivery excellence.
