Description

Lead distributed onshore and offshore teams to deliver complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage program delivery, client relationships, and team leadership across distributed models.
• Navigate stakeholder management at various customer levels to ensure alignment.
• Report program status, track progress, and highlight risks to leadership in a timely manner.
• Participate in architectural discussions and assist the architect group with roadmap creation.
• Guide project teams through accurate estimation and PI Objective setting during planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management and managing distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of Java/J2EE technologies including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Microservices, API Design, and UML.
• Technical knowledge of ReactJS and Cloud/Azure concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, preferably in a SAFe environment.
• Proficiency with JUnit and mocking frameworks.
• Strong ability to translate architectural decisions into Scrum team implementation.
