Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation programs, including implementation, migration, and upgrades.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Business Heads, IT Leadership) to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Oversee vendor management for core banking platforms and ensure effective risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Drive governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in banking/financial services with significant exposure to Core Banking systems.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of leading core banking platforms: Temenos, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Oracle Flexcube.
• Expertise in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong understanding of core banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending).
• Experience in data migration, system integration, and banking regulatory compliance.
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management at senior levels.

• Strong financial and budget management capabilities.
• Experience leading business and technology integration for seamless functional/technical alignment.
