Own end-to-end application onboarding, driving applications through the full lifecycle while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive applications through the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely progress and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business and application owners to collect documentation and engage with external vendors for technical readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for SSO, Microsoft Entra ID, and access controls, ensuring alignment with enterprise cybersecurity and logging requirements.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure contracts align with onboarding and security needs.
• Manage competing priorities, proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive work to completion in a high-pressure environment.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with SSO (Single Sign-On) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity application logging, access management, and identity and access management (IAM) frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise application onboarding processes and working with vendors or third-party integrations.
• Ability to manage end-to-end program delivery independently.
• Experience partnering with procurement and contract review processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments and familiarity with governance/security review boards.
• Background in cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or relevant cybersecurity credentials.
