Description

You will manage strategic partner relations and lead cross-functional initiatives across cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance strategic partnership processes for Cloud Infrastructure.
• Partner with Engineering, Network, and Procurement teams to manage vendor relations.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage vendor performance surveys.
• Drive Vendor MSAs and Beta agreements in collaboration with Legal and Contracts.
• Capture and report vendor performance metrics using Qualtrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Partner or Service Management.
• Background in global Vendor/Partner management with diverse vendor portfolios.
• Knowledge of cloud services including Hardware, Network, Colocations, and Integrator services.
• Experience managing and measuring KPIs within an Operations or CSM framework.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on-time and within scope.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills for internal publication.
• Ability to work independently across disparate geographic locations.

Education

• Degree in a finance/business field or equivalent work experience.
