Description

Lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA programs, driving discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper care. Manage cross-functional delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Drive implementation strategy across functional, technical, data, integration, and change management tracks.
• Conduct business workshops for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design.
• Oversee S/4HANA configuration, integration with non-SAP systems, and data migration execution.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment through Steering Committee meetings and ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Mandatory experience in S/4HANA brownfield implementation programs (Readiness check, SUM/DMO, custom code remediation, ATC check).
• Experience with global or multi-country SAP programs.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage complex, matrixed global environments and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and internal PMO standards.
