Description

You will manage complex program delivery within an IT staffing environment, overseeing large customer bases and vendor networks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a large customer base, responding effectively to employees, customers, and the associate vendor network.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with associate vendors, customers, employees, and managers.
• Handle candidate recruitment processes and evaluate resumes for IT job postings.
• Create detailed reports for client review and track program metrics.
• Prioritize work, delegate tasks, and manage projects through completion.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the staffing industry.
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in an MSP setting.
• Proficiency in Program Manager duties and project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of client staff and employees.
• Understanding of the IT candidate recruitment process.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience managing vendor relationships in a managed service provider context.
