Description

You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives from zero-to-one MVP through to scaled execution, managing multiple stakeholders and cross-segment dependencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives with ambiguous requirements.
• Build and scale Scrum teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs), transitioning from MVP to steady execution.
• Influence prioritization and negotiate scope timelines across multiple enterprise segments.
• Leverage SAFe practices, Jira Align, and standard ceremonies to organize teams and drive delivery.
• Provide executive status reports and maintain clear communication with senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of program management experience in large, complex enterprises.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-segment, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Deep experience with SAFe framework, including organizing teams and managing dependencies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Jira Align for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to build and scale Scrum teams and ARTs.
• Strong technical depth to understand solution complexity and delivery timelines.
• Executive presence with experience engaging senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in zero-to-one product launches and MVP development.
