Description

You will lead the execution of complex information security programs aligned with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate strategic security vision into executed programs and projects.
• Lead planning, implementation, and optimization of cross-functional projects with ambiguous scope.
• Establish program governance, charters, milestones, and reporting frameworks.
• Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess program maturity.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of progressive experience in information security or technology program management.
• In-depth knowledge of information security principles, NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, incident response, audit, and compliance initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead programs with rapidly evolving scope and requirements.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience working in large, global enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Program Management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Project and program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2).
• Information security credentials (CISSP, CISM, CISSA).
• Experience driving initiatives involving DevSecOps or AI/ML.
