Description

You will manage program workflows and serve as the global point of contact for all program-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future processes to identify improvement areas and best practices.
• Track migration readiness, record completions, and submit weekly migration approvals.
• Monitor and escalate open issues while releasing weekly updates via the issue tracker.
• Generate program reports and prepare updates for management presentations.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to manage updates, escalations, and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing migration workflows and readiness tracking.
• Ability to drive process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management across multiple business units.
• Strong reporting skills for management-level presentations.
• Experience acting as a central point of contact for global programs.
