Manage large-scale on-site transformation programs, ensuring service commitments are met profitably.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, business planning, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure profitability.
• Partner with Sales to support new revenue opportunities through proposal creation, contract negotiations, and pre-sales consulting.
• Lead recurring governance meetings with client steering committees to align on milestones and strategy.
• Direct cross-functional, multi-cultural, and geographically dispersed teams to complete program commitments on time and within budget.

Required Skills

• 10 years of management experience, including at least 3 years at senior levels.
• Proven track record leading multi-million dollar business transformation programs involving complex technical solutions.
• Experience in the OSS/BSS industry.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing contracts, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
• Extensive experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to build and execute nearshore and offshore resource plans.
• Experience working within a matrixed corporate environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing input to Engineering and Product Management for product enhancements.
