Description

You will manage customer programs as the primary point of contact, driving cross-functional alignment with client and business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to align deliverables with client and business requirements.
• Drive program performance through regular reviews, issue resolution, and risk management.
• Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead pricing negotiations and apply P&L knowledge for cost structure analysis.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement across the entire program lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the EMS industry.
• Proven expertise in product introduction and change management within EMS or electronics OEMs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Direct Program Manager experience.
• Contract awareness and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Markham, ON.
