Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program governance and PMO functions for enterprise transformation
• Drive executive reporting (KPIs, risks, milestones, status updates)
• Manage cross-program dependencies across lending, mortgage, and tech teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders across operations and engineering
• Track risks, issues, and change requests with timely resolution
• Support organizational change management and business readiness
• Facilitate steering committees and program-level decision forums
• Ensure alignment with strategic, regulatory, and delivery goals

✅ Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Program Management experience in Financial Services
• Strong experience in large-scale transformation / modernization programs
• Expertise in PMO governance and enterprise delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management across business & technology
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and executive reporting

⭐ Preferred Experience:
• Loans / Mortgage / Lending domain (highly preferred)
• Experience with organizations like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or large banking institutions
• Exposure to legacy/mainframe modernization initiatives
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Experience in change management and business readiness
