Description

Own program governance, PMO functions, and enterprise transformation delivery for financial services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and coordinate cross-program dependencies across lending, mortgage, and tech teams.
• Drive executive reporting on KPIs, risks, milestones, and status updates.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests with timely resolution.
• Facilitate steering committees and program-level decision forums.
• Support organizational change management and ensure business readiness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Program Management experience in Financial Services.
• Strong experience in large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
• Expertise in PMO governance and enterprise delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex risks and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology units.
• Experience tracking and resolving change requests.

Preferred Skills

• Loans, Mortgage, or Lending domain knowledge.
• Experience with organizations like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or large banking institutions.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
