Partner with the Leader and leadership team to shape, connect, and activate strategic priorities across the portfolio.
Identify emerging themes, dependencies, and opportunities across services, regions, industries, priority clients, alliances, and related initiatives, consolidating them into a coherent program of activity.
Design, lead, and evolve an integrated portfolio of strategic programs with clear governance, milestones, KPIs, and alignment across sub-service lines and growth initiatives.
Connect initiatives across the portfolio, addressing overlaps and dependencies to improve coordination, prioritization, and impact.
Create repeatable frameworks, tools, and approaches that enable consistent activation of strategic priorities across regions and stakeholder groups.
Provide insight and strategic counsel to senior stakeholders to guide investment, focus resources, and maximize business value.
Establish governance and operating structures that translate strategy into coordinated execution across multiple workstreams.
Continuously improve the operating model to simplify activity, strengthen integration, and enhance outcomes.
Develop and deliver leadership materials, strategy papers, presentations, and business updates that support decision-making.
Champion a connected and collaborative culture across the team and build strong relationships across global, regional, and functional networks.
Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance ways of working through data, technology, and AI-enabled solutions.

Strong program management capability, including structuring complex initiatives, managing dependencies, establishing governance, and driving execution across multiple workstreams.
Analytical and outcomes-focused, with the ability to use data and business context to prioritize activity, identify risks, and support decisions.
Ability to bring structure and momentum to complex plans and convert ideas into clear actions and measurable outcomes.

Experience translating strategic priorities into integrated programs, governance structures, and execution plans that deliver impact.
Commercial acumen with the ability to align investments to business value and market impact.

Proven ability to influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor and challenger.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Project management training with practical application. PMP certification strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis, and cross-cultural sensitivities.
Experience in a Big Four or professional services environment.
Ability to collaborate across time zones. Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed
