Description

You will lead program governance and PMO leadership for transformation initiatives within the financial services sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation programs with a focus on the Loans and Mortgage domain.
• Manage enterprise-level stakeholder relationships and cross-functional coordination between business and technology teams.
• Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management to ensure project stability.
• Produce executive reporting on KPIs, risks, and milestones.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Program Management experience.
• Recent, hands-on experience in the Loans or Mortgage domain is mandatory.
• Proven track record leading transformation programs within Financial Services or Banking.
• Experience with Mortgage or Loan servicing operations.
• Strong expertise in program governance and PMO leadership.
• Ability to manage long-tenure, complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Background at major entities like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or large banking/mortgage firms.
• Local to McLean, VA.
