Own program delivery across the full lifecycle, from discovery and planning through execution, procurement, and transition to operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams, removing roadblocks and holding members accountable for commitments.
• Develop program plans, schedules, and resource allocations while managing scope, cost, and risk.
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams to define goals, objectives, and procedures aligned with technical strategy.
• Track and communicate program progress, including financials and risks, to stakeholders and executive management.
• Drive continuous improvement through process engineering and application lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing people and large programs; Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, blending them as needed.
• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to define and balance quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for complex issues.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Program Management Office (PMO) methodologies.
• Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI), and IT governance.
