Description

You will lead and manage direct reports, setting team direction and strategy while ensuring timely delivery of multiple initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and high organizational change, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Develop and articulate strategies for assigned teams, fostering collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for product lines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assess project risks and issues, determining and implementing necessary mitigation strategies.
• Create clear procedural documentation and develop new processes that incorporate best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports.
• 10 years of experience with Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
• 10 years managing complex projects involving high organizational change.
• PMP certification is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional, Project Server, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of project portfolio management, lifecycle processes, and governance policies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with customers and project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Program Management certification (PgMP) or SAFe certification (SA, SSM, SASM, or RTE).
• 15 years of experience leading direct reports and managing complex projects.
