Description

You will manage in-flight connectivity systems through development, qualification, and launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate product development, aircraft certification, and delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee linefit projects to integrate connectivity systems during aircraft production.
• Lead customer relationships with airlines and airframe manufacturers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate program execution risks, driving them to closure.
• Develop and manage program budgets, controlling costs and allocating resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in aviation or aerospace.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with linefit and retrofit programs in the aviation industry.
• Experience managing aviation product lifecycle phases (design, development, testing, certification, production, maintenance, support).
• Experience managing STC projects with FAA or EASA.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders to establish concurrence.
