Description

You will lead cross-functional IT enhancement programs, managing scope, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless initiative execution.
• Translate technical risks into business impact for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 7 years experience in project or program management delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience overseeing cybersecurity initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles including the CIA triad.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST CSF or CIS Controls.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud security practices (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of IAM, MFA, and SSO concepts.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, or CISSP certifications.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
