Description

You will lead complex technical programs and operational processes within a cloud/SaaS environment, translating strategic initiatives into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and implement operational processes for cloud initiatives.
• Manage program documentation, including program initiation documents.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.
• Define KPIs and establish reporting mechanisms to track progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams to execute projects and release schedules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management in a highly technical environment.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects in cloud/SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing processes, strategies, and trade-offs.
• Domain expertise in infrastructure and/or SRE.
• Experience working with code, storage, or operating systems.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Atlassian ToolSuite (Confluence/Jira).
• Knowledge of AWS.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• AWS or GCP certifications.
• Experience with Cloud Cost Optimization tooling.
