Description

Drive implementation of revised processes, governance, and standardization across the technology division using the full Agile deployment lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and report on key milestones for global technology programs and projects.
• Execute budget and capacity planning alongside executive management reporting.
• Manage PI (Program Increment) planning and cycles using SAFe methodology.
• Track project deliverables, Epics, and user stories through Jira dashboards.
• Establish project governance structures and manage program risks, issues, and corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project and Program Management.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects through Agile and iterative methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Proficiency using Jira to manage sprints and track project delivery.
• Ability to navigate and influence within a global, large-scale organization.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Experience working within the technology division of a large banking institution.
