Description

You will lead large-scale strategic IT, network, and business initiatives from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project management and software development life cycle (SDLC) for complex implementations.
• Manage interdependencies between various programs to ensure alignment with executive leadership goals.
• Implement established policies, system monitors, and controls to manage and report on corporate initiatives.
• Lead and supervise program and project staff to drive successful delivery.
• Operate with high levels of autonomy under general direction from tier B leadership or higher.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, highly complex strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience communicating technical and strategic progress at an executive level.
• Ability to work in a self-directed capacity with minimal supervision.
• Strong capability in managing program-level interdependencies and impacts.

Preferred Skills

• University degree in any field.
