Description

You will manage program workflows, risk remediation, and cross-functional coordination within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with workstream leads to define deliverables, timelines, and end-to-end planning.
• Track risks, actions, issues, and decisions to ensure closure.
• Facilitate meetings, establish agendas, and drive discussions to resolve tactical and strategic challenges.
• Maintain documentation for requirements, assumptions, and scope changes to establish audit trails.
• Enable status reporting to leadership and escalate items impacting delivery or scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within financial or banking services.
• Strong understanding of Project Lifecycle (PLC) and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) components.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to drive consensus across functional organizations.
• Technical documentation skills and ability to explain complex issues simply.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, or Finance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITSM, and ITAM processes.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience working within large, global teams.
