Description

Drive cross-functional project planning, execution, and communications to deliver complex technology initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery with workstream leads and cross-functional teams.
• Track and monitor status, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID) to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, including scope changes, assumptions, and audit trails.
• Generate status reports, project plans, and executive-level updates.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and drive accountability for follow-up actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Project Lifecycle (PLC) and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working across functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and operational details clearly.
• Experience managing ambiguity and solving complex issues independently.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of ITSM and ITAM.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
