You will manage the lifecycle and delivery of complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating regular communication.
• Develop solution-based approaches for project issues and customer relationship management.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks across the project lifecycle.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the project management team.
• Prepare and present status reports and maintain all project documentation.
• Track program costs and provide monthly financial reporting.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in program management or a related role, preferably in tech.
• Project Management and Program Manager methodologies.
• Risk Management planning and execution.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Customer Service focus with a collaborative mindset.
