Description

You will manage the lifecycle and delivery of complex programs, ensuring execution stays on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and deliverables across the full program lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and facilitate regular communication.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues with solution-based approaches.
• Track program costs, prepare monthly financial reports, and maintain all project documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the project management team.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in program management or a related role, preferably in tech.
• Strong command of Project Management and Program Manager methodologies.
• Proven experience in Risk Management planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Customer Service focus with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Design thinking or design project experience.
