Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and AV projects, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, construction trades, and vendors.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, bid, implementation, commissioning, and handover of ISP connectivity, low voltage cabling, and network infrastructure.
• Oversee the full lifecycle for audio-visual and video-conference systems, from schematic design to final handover.
• Partner with Corporate Security to implement access control, surveillance infrastructure, and network integration.
• Develop drawing packages and specifications to support project design and execution.
• Manage project schedules, status updates, and executive communications while identifying and mitigating delivery risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience in commercial real estate construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of the architectural design process (schematic design, design development, construction documents).
• Proficiency in reading construction and engineering plan drawings.
• Vendor management experience including vetting, RFPs, bid responses, and performance management.
• Ability to coordinate procurement and provide guidance on budget tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting.
• Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems, and capacity planning.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with network infrastructure and low voltage cabling standards.
