Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple stakeholders and teams.
   
• Define and manage project roadmaps, SOWs, task orders, and financial planning (burn-downs, forecasts, budgets).
   
• Drive alignment across FO, MO, and BO operations ensuring business objectives are met.
   
• Gather and document requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
   
• Establish governance, track progress, and maintain project dashboards, reports, and documentation.
   
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams to track deliverables and ensure timely execution.
   
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and drive mitigation strategies.
   
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and meeting minutes.
   
• Manage issue logs, risk logs, and ensure smooth tracking of all program activities.
   
• Work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver data management and data product initiatives.
   
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and deliver high-quality outcomes within timelines.
   

Required Skills and Qualification
 

• 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably with a BA background.
   
• Strong domain expertise in Asset Management / Real Assets (Investment Banking background).
   
• Experience working across FO, MO, BO operations.
   
• Strong knowledge of data management, data products, and financial systems.
   
• Proven experience in BRD/FRD creation and requirement documentation.
   
• Experience in financial planning: SOW, PO, effort tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
   
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
   
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
   
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
   
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  
   

Good to have Skills
 

• Experience in Real Assets domain (infrastructure, real estate, private equity).
   
• Exposure to data platforms, reporting tools, or analytics ecosystems.
   
• Experience working with global teams and offshore delivery models.
   
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum certifications.
   
• Experience preparing executive reports and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders
