Description

You will lead CER and BAU programs to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Manage project teams and drive delivery through weekly status reports and customer stakeholder meetings. Identify potential risks to current and future projects in collaboration with Account Managers and customer leadership. Plan future projects by managing resource planning, estimation analysis, scheduling, and SOW submissions. Act as the primary point of contact for all CER and BAU program escalations from customers. Coordinate with Internal Quality teams to track and report project quality metrics. Collaborate with PMO, Competency, and Recruitment teams on resource allocation, releases, and hiring.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in Oracle ERP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Proven track record in Program Management.
• Experience managing resource planning and SOW submissions.
• Ability to manage PMs and cross-functional resources.
