Description

You will lead end-to-end program delivery for data management and financial initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project roadmaps, SOWs, task orders, and financial planning including burn-downs, forecasts, and budgets.
• Gather and document requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications for data products.
• Establish governance, track progress, and maintain project dashboards, reports, and documentation for FO, MO, and BO operations.
• Identify risks and dependencies proactively, driving mitigation strategies and managing issue logs.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables and adherence to Agile/Scrum practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably with a BA background.
• Strong domain expertise in Asset Management or Real Assets, with an Investment Banking background.
• Proven experience working across Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), and Back Office (BO) operations.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data products, and financial systems.
• Experience in financial planning: SOW, PO, effort tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Real Assets domain, including infrastructure, real estate, or private equity.
• Exposure to data platforms, reporting tools, or analytics ecosystems.
