Description

You will lead CER and BAU programs, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints while managing project teams and customer stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead CER and BAU program delivery, driving execution through weekly status reports and customer stakeholder meetings.
• Identify potential risks to current and future projects in collaboration with Account Managers and customer leadership.
• Plan future projects by managing resource planning, estimation analysis, scheduling, and SOW submissions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all CER and BAU program escalations from customers.
• Coordinate with Internal Quality teams to track and report project quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in Oracle ERP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Proven track record in Program Management.
• Experience managing resource planning and SOW submissions.
• Ability to manage PMs and cross-functional resources.
