Description

You will own the end-to-end leadership of large, multi-workstream programs in complex enterprise environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making across diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps from initial readiness through long-term operations.
• Define and enforce governance principles and guardrails to maintain compliance with GDPR, NITS, and SOX.
• Proactively identify and manage program risks, issues, and action items across all organizational levels.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, including Zero Trust, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
• Strong command of program methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio-level planning and risk management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
• Certifications in CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PgMP are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRIS integrations such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Background in M&A or cross-directory access programs.
