Description

Lead and manage multiple high-impact programs across business units to ensure goals are met within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables while developing comprehensive plans for schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day program execution, tracking milestones and managing changes to scope or budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to drive alignment and timely decision-making.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks through proactive contingency planning.
• Establish KPIs and conduct regular program reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, risk management, and budget management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira.
• PMP certification or equivalent expertise.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience managing programs within technology, healthcare, or finance industries.
