Description

You will lead end-to-end program and project management for initiatives covering revenue, fee strategies, corporate finance, and advisor compensation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in partnership with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resources for successful delivery.
• Oversee enhancements to financial reporting, compensation frameworks, and revenue/fee processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, monitor milestones, and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Analyze financial and operational data to inform decision-making and champion change management across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Minimum five years of project management experience specifically in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of revenue and fee structures, corporate finance, financial reporting, and compensation models.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Working knowledge of industry platforms such as DevOps, SEI, Bloomberg, Perform, Fundapps.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and executive presentation.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial/operational information into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with Data Integration methodologies.
