Description

You will lead an enterprise application migration focused on updating account number formatting across multiple systems with minimal consumer impact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application migration effort to update account number formatting while maintaining service stability.
• Direct cross-functional activities and assemble project teams to meet defined program objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor program progress, alignment, and financial health, directing corrective actions as needed.
• Assess program risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful achievement of results.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in application delivery, specifically leading application migration efforts rather than infrastructure or cloud.
• Background in the financial or banking industry.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate cross-functional work groups.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile or SAFe certifications.
