Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven ability to build and leverage strong working relationships.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and techniques.
• Experience using project management software tools and templates.
• Capability to manage change and influence others without direct authority.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Customer Marketing technology ecosystem and related programs.
