Description

You will drive data management programs covering acquisition, controls, quality, and remediation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Structure initiatives through project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple functions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from strategic planning to delivery and technology solution adoption.
• Execute weekly status reporting and maintain the program RAID log.
• Run working groups to support delivery and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee program resources, including third-party providers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience managing data-oriented projects and programs.
• Background in banking environments.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and delivery management.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and regulatory change management.
• Proficiency in risk management, problem-solving, and governance process redesign.
• Ability to manage steering committees and RAID logs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leading meetings.
