You will manage technical programs and client engagements, focusing on AI applications and fund operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management for AI and financial automation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate project requirements.
• Oversee project planning, delivery, and timeline management.
• Conduct risk assessment, mitigation, and strategic planning.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for dashboarding and tracking progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or technical program management.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and ADO dashboards.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) architecture.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LangGraph, or LangMem.
• Strong analytical, risk management, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Private Equity Fund Operations and financial automation is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Background in technology management within financial services.
