You will manage programs and individual projects to drive technology and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Structure, plan, and execute high-visibility strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams across business and technology teams.
• Lead all project phases including plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, and implement.
• Resolve complex issues and drive rapid problem-solving to reach solutions.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts to keep initiatives on track.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or Business Analysis.
• Proven background in end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• PMI or Project Management certification.
• Financial Services industry experience.
