Description

You will lead Oracle Financial Systems implementation projects across Cloud and On-Prem environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery to meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Guide project team members and manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program or project management experience focusing on financial system implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Financial Suite (Cloud and On-Prem).
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion and ERP Cloud.
• Deep understanding of GL, AP, and AR processes.
• Prince2 (Foundation & Practitioner) or PMB certification.
• Experience managing Agile projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Financial Suite certification, such as Oracle Fusion or ERP Cloud.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies alongside Prince2 or PMB.
• Familiarity with additional financial systems and ERP solutions.
