Description

You will lead large-scale enterprise programs focused on AI, Machine Learning, Automation, and Data Analytics. You drive end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise programs involving AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Data Science, and Risk.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly communications and actionable plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and release planning activities.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing AI, ML, or Data Analytics programs.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Exceptional PowerPoint presentation and executive storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities in matrixed environments.
• Experience with program governance, risk management, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior project managers.
• Track record of driving enterprise adoption strategies for new technologies.
