Description

You will own key strategic initiatives for the client, driving technical programs from conception to delivery while collaborating with engineering, business partners, and leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and project plans to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve program-level risks and issues to safeguard delivery timelines and objectives.
• Negotiate resource engagement and influence teams to remove obstacles and sustain project execution.
• Deliver program communication, training strategies, and executive-level reporting on key metrics.
• Support the development of marketing technology strategy documents and collaborate on major program initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or technical program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, templates, and management techniques.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders.
• Experience building strong working relationships and guiding diverse opinions to consensus.
• Ability to clarify objectives, manage ambiguity, and advocate for simplification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Customer Marketing technology ecosystem and related programs.
