Description

You will lead end-to-end Inventory Planning & Replenishment programs from strategy through implementation and stabilization, managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and executive communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive process design and optimization across Inventory Planning, Replenishment, Safety Stock, DRP, and Supply & Deployment Planning.
• Act as the primary interface between business leadership, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Lead technology implementations involving SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, OMP, and Oracle SCP.
• Establish program governance and manage dependencies across complex supply chain transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Supply Chain Planning and Transformation experience.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Deep expertise in Inventory Planning and Replenishment within Retail, CPG, Distribution, or Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Inventory Optimization, S&OP/IBP, and Demand Planning integration.
• Proficiency in SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, OMP, or Oracle SCP.
• Experience with Power BI, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification.
• Prior consulting or transformation experience.
